What
is Raised Access Floor?
The raised access floor is a modular floor
comprised of panels supported by a height-regulated metallic
pedestal.
Between the base of the floor and the inferior surface of
the raised floor is a free technical space named plenum for
the installation of any technical infrastructure. The panels
being identical facilitates their interchange, guaranteeing
both accessibility from any point in the installation, and
its flexibility, allowing for the mobility of spaces, pedestals
and future modifications of the installations.

What
is the minimum height of the Raised Access Floor?
From 75mm including the 40mm thick
panel up to 1200mm (depending on the height, the most
suitable pedestal will be applied).
Does
it need specific maintenance?
The maintenance of the Rasied
Access Floor depends fundamentally on the type of covering
the client chooses, therefore each one has its appropriate
maintenance.

What advantages does the guarantee of quality have over

The raw materials which ESPACIO,
S.A. uses to manufacture the panels and pedestals are
of the highest quality and they are supplied by approved
dealers, both nucleus and coverings which are used in
the manufacture of the panels.
We have our own quality control department, where we
analize all of the raw materials before the manufacturing
process, rejecting those which do not comply with our
requirements.
